With ownership secured through title deeds, clients can invest in plots priced between NAD 10,000 and NAD 40,000 (approximately EUR 550 to EUR 2,200), making homeownership achievable with manageable payment plans over 12 to 24 months. This is more than just land; it’s the beginning of a new chapter.


Home loans
To make dreams of homeownership a reality, we’ve partnered with First National Bank (FNB) to offer accessible loan options tailored to our clients’ needs. With loans capped at NAD 50,000 (about EUR 2,800) and flexible repayment periods ranging from 1 to 5 years, we’re removing financial barriers and paving the way for families to build the homes they’ve always envisioned.
Home building support
We understand that constructing a home can feel overwhelming. We provide comprehensive support, including well-designed building plans and hands-on workshops. This motivates clients to save costs and build their homes incrementally, turning their vision into reality, one brick at a time.
